It takes time and patience to learn new behaviors, correct distorted thoughts and develop healthier communication patterns. The amount of time needed to see improvement is different for everyone, some individuals may see improvement in 8 to 12 weeks, while others may take longer. Any amount of time invested in therapy is positive and we encourage you to not let time be a focus.
Online and in-person sessions are offered. All online sessions are conducted using a HIPPA-compliant video platform to maintain your privacy. For online sessions to be most effective, we recommend that you are in a comfortable, private, and quiet area with stable internet connection for the duration of your online session.
We accept Optum, UMR, Harvard Pilgrim, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealth, Aetna, and Cigna. If your plan is not listed, please contact us to verify if we accept your health plan.
